Hello! Welcome to the Murderbot Book Club! This community was initially created to connect readers who are interested in participating in buddy reads for The Murderbot Diaries by Martha Wells, but I thought it could also be a good place to connect all types of Muderbot fans. There will be discussion posts created for each installation of the series, different types of buddy reads or read alongs, and when the show airs, discussion/reaction posts for the episodes! I will also share news about new books in the series, information about the show, etc. 

Membership is open to all!

What can you post to this community?

- Anything Murderbot related. Please mark anything to do with book (and in the future, show) plots as "spoilers." Some of us are here to reread, but some are reading for the very first time!

- You're welcome to post primers, meta, reviews, recs, questions, translations, playlists, discussion posts, etc. You can post directly to the comm or link to your post elsewhere.

- You can promote your fanworks. This can include fanfiction, fanart, video edits, gifs, icons and anything else you have created as long as it's Murderbot-related.

Rules

- Please add a subject line to your posts, use the tags, and use content warnings if appropriate. 

- If you are sharing media downloads or links, please remember to lock your post for members only.

- Please be respectful of each other.

- Any hate speech or trolling will result in a ban.

- Finally: this is a place for fans to talk to each other about Murderbot. Please do not directly link this to Martha. If she finds it on her own, it is her choice to interact. Some authors want to stay separate from fan spaces, so we should respect that if that is the case.
